Matthew Cormier is an associate principal in the Antitrust & Competition Economics Practice at Charles River Associates, based in Toronto.
Matthew has extensive experience assessing the competitive effects of mergers across various industries, including media, food distribution, transportation, oil and gas, and agriculture. He frequently assists clients in complying with Second Requests issued by the US DOJ and FTC, and Supplementary Information Requests issued by the Canadian Competition Bureau.
Matthew also has experience supporting expert teams in litigation settings, including during class certification proceedings, quantifying damages, and in the determination of reasonable royalty rates.
