Oscar Camacho

Dr. Oscar Camacho is an associate principal in CRA’s Antitrust & Competition Practice.
He applies economic theory and econometric methods to the analysis of mergers and antitrust litigation. His work includes assessing the competitive effects of horizontal and vertical mergers, quantifying economic harm, and working with complex, large-scale datasets.
Dr. Camacho has led analytical workstreams and managed analyst teams in support of expert testimony. His casework spans industries such as technology, financial services, consumer goods, agrochemicals, and oil and gas.
Before joining CRA, Dr. Camacho worked as an associate at a leading economic consulting firm, focusing on antitrust and competition matters. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Drexel University, with training in international trade, industrial organization, and applied microeconomics.
