Peter Zorn
Dr. Peter Zorn, Senior Consultant at Charles River Associates, is a leading expert in the areas of mortgage underwriting and servicing.
Dr. Zorn engages in research, consulting, and litigation support with respect to secondary mortgage markets, mortgage underwriting, credit scoring, credit risk, mortgage servicing, and machine learning. He has published in several academic journals, including Real Estate Economics, Journal of Housing Economics, Atlantic Economic Journal, Journal of Economics and Business, Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics, Journal of Real Estate Research, Journal of Urban Economics, and Housing Policy Debate.
He is a Fellow of the Weimer School of Advanced Studies in Real Estate and Land Economics. He has held previous positions as Vice President at Freddie Mac and tenured Associate Professor at Cornell University.
