R. Craig Romaine

Mr. Romaine has worked on numerous civil antitrust cases involving allegations of monopolization, exclusionary practices, tying, foreclosure, and price fixing.  In addition, he has been involved in the antitrust review of several large mergers, agency investigations, and criminal price-fixing cases.  Mr. Romaine has managed many large litigation projects, involving both liability and damages issues, and has testified in court before both judges and juries.

For over a decade, Mr. Romaine has been involved in the antitrust economics of payment card networks, including debit, credit, and ATM networks.  He has also worked on antitrust matters involving computer hardware and software as well as a variety of consumer and industrial products. He also has extensive experience in the evaluation and measurement of damages for patent infringement, antitrust violations, and breach of contract.
