CRA’s Asia Pacific Competition colleagues deliver rigorous and incisive economic analysis that enables our clients to successfully navigate competition and regulatory proceedings, including market studies, merger investigations, authorisation applications, allegations of anti-competitive conduct (unilateral and coordinated), damages claims and sector regulation. We place an emphasis on giving clear, direct and fearless advice, and providing truly independent expert evidence.
We use empirical work, economic theory and data science to offer concrete answers to the unique challenges that clients face, while helping shape policy debates. We focus on getting meaningful evidence out of the available data, communicating clearly with clients and their legal advisors, supporting legal advisors in developing the key competition arguments, and engaging constructively on substance with competition and regulatory authorities.
