Charles River Associates is committed to reviewing and enhancing our policies, processes, and systems to ensure our firm is as diverse and dynamic as possible. In 2021, we hired our first Chief Inclusion and Engagement Officer and our CEO, Paul Maleh, joined more than 2,000 peers in signing the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion pledge. We have also launched dozens of initiatives aimed at showcasing the diversity of our organization and our inclusive culture.

Women continue to face unique challenges both inside and outside the workplace. Women@CRA provides team members a space to network and share ideas for how our firm can develop and promote more women leaders throughout the organization. Learn more.

Supporting our team members at all stages of their lives is a priority at CRA. PAC@CRA provides a forum for connection and support for our team members engaged in parental and caregiving roles by fostering interaction, collaboration, and community.
