Beyond raising awareness, OutLoud@CRA cultivates opportunities for mentorship, community-building, and open discussions on topics relevant to LGBTQ+ professionals. Through its initiatives and engagement efforts, it helps strengthen connections across the firm and contributes to a workplace where team members feel supported and equipped to succeed.

2024 Milestones and activities
- Celebrated Pride Month with educational webinars in collaboration with PFLAG, the nation’s largest organization dedicated to supporting, educating, and advocating for the LGBTQ+ community, along with a panel discussion focused on allyship.
- Engaged in local Pride celebrations across various cities, including Boston and Chicago.
- Introduced a comprehensive internal resource guide to promote LGBTQ+ inclusion.
- Hosted a fireside chat with Jim Fielding, LGBTQ advocate and author.
- Observed International Day Against Homophobia with a breakfast fundraiser benefiting AKT Charity, which supports LGBTQ+ youth in the UK.
