CRA experts advised AAH on their acquisition of the MASTA travel vaccines business in the UK and the Sangers wholesale distribution business in Northern Ireland. We assisted the parties with a local overlap analysis of the travel vaccines market and an analysis of competitive conditions in pharma distribution in Northern Ireland. The transaction was cleared at Phase I without remedies.
