CRA Senior Consultant Professor Franklin M. Fisher testified on behalf of Web services company AOL in a private action against Accenture LLP in Virginia state court. AOL had alleged, inter alia, that Accenture had breached its contractual commitments to AOL in connection with the implementation of a software system. Based on Professor Fisher’s testimony, the jury awarded AOL a substantialamount. A CRA team worked with Professor Fisher to develop the damages estimates that formed the basis of the opinion.
