CRA assisted a European arm of a multi-billion, multinational chemical company while its US operations were in Chapter 11. Justin Cooper developed cash flow forecasting and actual cash reporting templates to enable the gathering, consolidation, and reporting of liquidity for the European region (approx. 40 entities). He also developed a process to extract, summarize and report from the treasury systems actual cash balances and daily cash movements across multiple bank accounts in a range of currencies. The previously incorrect balances were being reported to the US daily.
