The allegations stemmed from the alleged improper use and distribution of copyrighted images on product packaging and brochures and in digital advertising for a leading skin care brand after expiration of a licensing agreement. Our team conducted an independent assessment of the nature and use of the asserted copyrights, related license agreements, industry licensing practices, and actual and profit-based damages associated with the alleged infringement.
