Structured, implemented, and defended cross-border transactions for a US online streaming company expanding into Europe. The project included:
- Economic analysis and benchmarking of market entry and start-up timeline, cost, and allocation of risk;
- Pricing of rights to content, brand, and customer lists based on profit potential and geography;
- Evaluation of market support payments and exit charges related to supply chain restructuring for operations in the US, UK, Germany, France, and Spain; and
- Implementation and revision of intercompany agreements, and preparation of transfer pricing planning and documentation reports.
