A global specialty pharmaceutical company sought to improve its understanding of business opportunities based on a quantified Patient Flow picture for several of its key products.
We developed disease-specific complete Patient Flows for 30+ countries and several franchises, in addition to conducting 30+ live Patient Flow workshops, 20+ remote sessions and a global roll-up of results.
The project created unified language and ongoing processes across countries, franchises and at the global level. It used country specific learnings from Patient Flow exercises to develop business cases, guide budget allocation to appropriate patient identification initiatives and identify gaps in current understanding. The project also developed a user-friendly Patient Flow toolkit for annual refresh.
