Fei Deng and Mario Lopez served as economic experts for a Chinese consumer electronics company and submitted expert reports on antitrust and FRAND rate issues separately, in an arbitration against a multinational patent pool at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center, with respect to licensing of certain SEPs. The parties settled.
