CRA supported a European utility to review long-term trends that shape energy consumption and understand implications on its customer-facing business units. CRA’s team interviewed this utility’s customer solutions leadership team and the corporate strategy lead. Additionally, the team analysed energy consumption drivers across other industries, incl. mobility, retail, consumer goods and tech. As an outcome, CRA presented to the client’s leadership a view on overall trends, must haves, potential disruptors and opportunities to optimize future portfolio decision making.
