The alleged patent infringement related to systems and methods for providing accelerated transmissions of broadcast data using data compression and decompression using a combination of content-independent and content-dependent data compression. When addressing the technology factor, CRA’s consultant looked into market data participants’ latency and bandwidth, and the entities which provide the market data that is disseminated as a collective feed out to that feed’s vendors and subscribers.
