CRA conducted a survey research study to determine consumers’ preferences and price points in the newspaper industry. The study focus was to determine drivers of demand for newspapers, price sensitivity to changes in prices, and substitutability across different print news media. CRA’s expert designed the survey and sampling approach, oversaw the collection of data, and conducted advanced statistically analyses to address the relevant issues.
