CRA was retained by the plaintiff in a trade secret misappropriation litigation matter involving, among other things, alleged theft of trade secrets related to ground air and power systems for F-35 military aircraft. Mr. Duski provided expert opinions regarding damages sustained by the plaintiff as well as the unjust enrichment enjoyed by the Defendants due to the alleged wrongdoing. Mr. Duski provided deposition and trial testimony in U.S. District Court.
