A major iron ore producer retained CRA experts to provide an expert witness in a US-based arbitration matter involving iron ore pricing. CRA developed a proposal for resolving a conflict over replacing terms in a pricing clause for iron ore that would use currently available published data, prepared and submitted and expert report, and provided testimony in a binding arbitration hearing. The arbitration panel ruled in favor of our client in this matter.
