CRA was retained to serve as a neutral advisor to the Tribunal in an international arbitration involving a licensing dispute between two agricultural sciences companies. As the neutral advisor, Dr. Sean Sheridan provided a flexible valuation model, expert reports, and hearing testimony concerning the value of the parties’ relative contributions to the development of novel herbicide technology.
