Under the theme “Arbitration in a Changing World: The Road Ahead,” NYAW brings together practitioners, arbitrators, academics, institutions, and in-house counsel from around the world to explore the future of international arbitration. Discussions will examine how parties, practitioners, institutions, and other stakeholders are adapting to developments in technology, trade, regulation, and the profession, including AI-driven changes, new institutional rules, a shifting geopolitical landscape, and the next generation of voices shaping the field.
The program will also address developments and practice trends across regions including Latin America, Asia, Africa, and Europe.
