The 2013/14 winter in the Northeast illustrated vividly what happens in markets when the capacity to transport natural gas into the region is insufficient to keep up with peak demand. This conference will discuss these challenges with informed national and regional experts, and hear about the resulting changes planned to laws, regulations and markets to address these challenges.
