Proud to announce that Charles River Associates has climbed the rankings of the GAR 100 Expert Witness Power Rankings for 2019, rising several spots from the prior year to eighth on the list. CRA moved into the top ten from 19th place in 2018.
CRA saw its median value of claims jump from $88 million last time to $230 million and its hearings rise from seven to 11. These changes reflect, in part, greater success attracting investor-state arbitrations.
