CRA is pleased to announce that Keler Marku has joined the company as a vice president in the Antitrust & Competition Practice.
“We are pleased to welcome Keler back to CRA,” said Paul Maleh, President and Chief Executive Officer of Charles River Associates. “Keler is an expert in industrial organization, microeconomic theory, and data science, with extensive experience related to generative AI competition and IP matters.
“Keler has wide-ranging expertise developing theoretical and econometric models to address complex legal questions in antitrust, mergers, damages, copyright, and other IP matters,” said Margaret Sanderson, CRA Vice President and Global Practice Leader of the Antitrust & Competition Economics Practice. “Technical analysis plays a pivotal role in the outcome of competition and IP cases, and as a CRA alumnus, Keler recognizes the high regard our clients have for our rigorous approach. We are very happy to have Keler back as part of CRA’s team of experts.”
Prior to rejoining CRA, Dr. Marku was a senior principal at an economic, technology, and strategic advisory firm. In this role, he supported testifying experts and advised clients on regulatory investigations across a diverse array of industries.
Dr. Marku holds a BS in Mathematics and Economics and an MA in Economics from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and a PhD in Economics from the University of Minnesota.
