Dr. Alexandra Charbi is an associate principal in the Antitrust and Competition Practice of CRA.

Alexandra has worked on merger review, merger litigation, and antitrust litigation across a variety of industries, including technology, healthcare, retail, airlines, energy, and agriculture. Throughout her work, she has helped clients assess the antitrust risks of mergers and acquisitions, supported companies throughout the merger review process, and contributed to the development of expert reports.

Alexandra is trained as an empirical microeconomist with a focus on industrial organization and healthcare economics. Before joining CRA, Alexandra earned her PhD in economics from the University of Texas at Austin.

Alexandra actively participates in multiple committees within the American Bar Association (ABA) and regularly contributes to The Quick Look, a weekly newsletter published by the ABA’s Joint Conduct Committee. She was also appointed as the Young Economist Representative (YER) for the ABA Economics Committee, reflecting her commitment to advancing the field and mentoring emerging professionals.
