Brendan Rogers

Principal

Brendan Rogers is a principal in the Labor & Employment Practice at CRA. For over 20 years, he has applied economic and statistical analysis to complex business disputes, including those involving the assessment of economic damages claims and the design and critique of statistical samples.

He has served as an expert witness and testified at arbitration, and has supported other testifiers, such as academic affiliates and industry experts, through all phases of complex business litigation matters. Mr. Rogers’ litigation experience has included class and collective actions in labor and employment, health care, breach of contract, fraud, deceptive business practice, and false advertising matters. He has also led the processing and analysis of large datasets related to class-wide liability and damages claims.

Mr. Rogers’ employment experience includes wage and hour litigation, discrimination claims, wage fixing claims, and contract disputes. He also has expertise in designing and critiquing statistical samples in employment litigation. Mr. Rogers’ health care experience includes analysis of health insurance claims datasets in payment disputes between medical providers and national insurance companies. In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. Rogers has experience valuing settlement claims and injunctive relief in health care class actions.

Prior to joining CRA, Mr. Rogers was a Vice President for an economic, financial, and strategy consulting firm. Before that, he was a Managing Director for a global expert firm. Mr. Rogers has co-authored articles for IP Litigator and the Litigation Services Handbook: The Role of the Financial Expert.
