Cristian Figueroa

Dr. Figueroa has experience in merger review and antitrust litigation across a wide range of industries, including healthcare services, healthcare technology, multisided digital platforms, streaming and media, entertainment, transportation, payment processing, semiconductors, and consumer packaged goods and retail.

He has developed economic modelling and econometric analyses to support clients throughout the full antitrust process, from pre-transaction risk assessments to agency review in the United States and abroad, as well as in litigation matters.

Prior to joining CRA, Dr. Figueroa earned his PhD in Economics from Boston College, where he specialized in Empirical Industrial Organization. He speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
