Jennifer Weberski
Jennifer Weberski is an associate principal in Charles River Associates’ Energy Practice, where she helps clients navigate complex utility regulation, litigation, and energy policy matters to achieve defensible outcomes in contested proceedings.
She brings more than 25 years of experience in state-level ratemaking, regulatory strategy, and energy policy, including cost of service, rate design, revenue allocation, marginal costs, affordability, renewable energy, gas deregulation, electrification, distributed energy resources, and resource adequacy.
Throughout her career, Ms. Weberski has led litigation strategy and managed numerous complex financial, regulatory, and legal proceedings, working closely with expert witnesses and stakeholders to deliver impactful results in the public utilities sector.
Prior to joining CRA, Ms. Weberski litigated utility regulatory proceedings before the California Public Utilities Commission on behalf of Small Business Utility Advocates and the Environmental Defense Fund. She also represented consumer advocates’ offices in Connecticut and the District of Columbia before their respective utility commissions.
She earned her JD from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
