Jesse Dakss is an Associate Principal in CRA’s Energy practice with approximately eight years of experience in the energy industry.
At CRA, Jesse has assisted in leading projects related to competitive transmission, gas decarbonization, electric utility ratemaking and regulation, transaction advisory, and utility resource planning. His expertise includes competitive transmission, natural gas, energy policy, and project management. He has experience in projects spanning various ISOs across the country (NYISO, ISO-NE, PJM, CAISO).
Prior to CRA, he was a senior analyst in the transmission development arm of a large New York based, investor-owned utility, which focused on evaluation and development of electric transmission investment opportunities across the United States. Jesse holds a Master of Business Administration from the State University of New York at Bingham and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
