Keith Czerney
Keith Czerney is an associate principal in CRA’s Finance Practice.
Dr. Czerney’s expertise ranges from public company audit reports and audit quality to disclosure, financial reporting quality, and sustainability reporting. His research has been published in top peer-reviewed academic accounting journals, including The Accounting Review, Contemporary Accounting Research, and AUDITING: A Journal of Practice & Theory. He has been invited to present his research at numerous conferences internationally and frequently served as a referee for peer-reviewed journals.
Dr. Czerney was an associate professor at the University of Missouri-Columbia in the School of Accountancy and taught undergraduate and graduate courses on auditing and data-based decision-making.
Dr. Czerney holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan, a Master of Accounting and Professional Consultancy from Villanova University, and a Doctorate in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the states of Michigan and Missouri and a Value Reporting Foundation FSA Credential Holder.
