Robin Mamrak | Antitrust Competition | Charles River Associates

Dr. Robin Mamrak is an associate principal in the European Competition Practice of Charles River Associates, based in Munich.

He advises on all aspects of competition economics, including merger control, abuse of dominance, and damages litigation, as well as IP-related matters. He has supported clients across a wide range of industries in proceedings before the European Commission, national competition authorities, national courts, and the Unified Patent Court.

Prior to joining CRA, Robin completed his PhD in Economics at LMU Munich, where he conducted research in the fields of competition policy and the economics of innovation. His research has been published in the Journal of Industrial Economics. During his doctoral studies, he visited the Laboratory for Innovation Science at Harvard as a Fulbright scholar and gained experience as a trainee in the Chief Economist Team at the European Commission (DG COMP).

Robin speaks German, English, French, and Spanish.
