Selina Luu is an associate principal in the Risk, Investigations & Analytics Practice. She is a forensic accountant with 15 years of experience, specializing in quantum issues relating to commercial litigation and arbitration.
She has worked on numerous matters for clients across Europe, the US, the Middle East, Africa and Asia across a broad spectrum of industries including banking, energy, telecoms, media, consumer goods, mortgage lending and life sciences. She has worked on matters in multiple arbitration forums including LCIA, UNCITRAL, ICSID, ICC and PCA, as well as the UK High Court and US federal and state courts.
Her focus areas include quantifying damages related to commercial litigation (e.g., breach of contract, joint venture and shareholder disputes, employee raiding, business interruption, tortious interference) and intellectual property (patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, trademark and copyright infringement).
She also has experience in analyzing complex financial and accounting data involving fraud, royalty audits, business valuation, business intelligence and asset tracing.
Selina is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of the ICAEW.
