Viktoria Lineva Chalker is an associate principal in the Energy Practice at Charles River Associates (CRA).
Ms. Lineva Chalker brings more than a decade of experience advising clients on competitive procurements, electricity market issues, and strategic decision-making across the power sector, with a focus on the procurement of generating assets, storage resources, energy and capacity contracts, and default service supply for electric utilities.
Ms. Lineva Chalker has also supported bidder strategy and execution in high-stakes auction environments and has contributed to the development and implementation of analytical tools and processes that enhance procurement efficiency and decision-making. She has additionally provided analytical support in high-stakes litigation and regulatory proceedings. Her experience spans electricity markets, auction design, and marketplace optimization.
Ms. Lineva Chalker earned her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and her BS in Economics from Trinity College. She is fluent in English and Bulgarian.
