CRA was retained on behalf of a pharmaceutical manufacturer whose products encountered manufacturing issues following a move of manufacturing facilities to a new geographic area. CRA assessed the change in circumstances and assisted counsel in developing statistical methods by which to assess manufacturing outcomes. CRA also provided damages assessments for class action litigation regarding the manufacturing issues, which were ultimately settled.
