CRA’s expert submitted an expert report that detailed the results of a survey conducted by the expert to assess the extent to which consumers of a product understand the implications of an affirmative response to scripted questions asked by company representatives. CRA’s expert also submitted a reply report responding to certain claims made in a rebuttal report by an opposing expert.
