CRA was retained on behalf of the defendant in a litigation regarding claims of alleged misappropriation of trade secrets relating to antibody discovery and optimization and counterclaim plaintiff alleging business interference and unfair practices. CRA quantified the economic harm arising from the alleged counterclaims and rebutted opposing expert damages opinions related to alleged trade secret misappropriation. Dr. Sean Sheridan provided opening and rebuttal reports and deposition testimony which aided the parties in reaching a settlement. Dr. Sheridan was supported by Ms. Erin McDermott and Mr. Jack Roberts.
