Keysight’s $1.46 billion acquisition of Spirent combines Keysight’s design, emulation, and test expertise with Spirent’s satellite emulation, positioning, mobile core testing, and network automation.
The CRA team was led by economic experts Andrew Dick, Yianis Sarafidis and Simon Chisholm, supported by a global team including Balázs Csullag, Ian Godofsky, Ignacio Nunez, Adam Samson, Fernando Cordeiro, and Edoardo Salerno. The deal was cleared in multiple jurisdictions globally.
