CRA was retained by counsel for the plaintiff, a manufacturer of medical apparel, to determine damages relating to a false advertising matter under the Lanham Act. CRA’s expert submitted an expert report that quantified both unjust enrichment and lost profits using information on customer purchase patterns, product sales and incremental costs, and the results of consumer surveys conducted to ascertain the impact of the claims at issue. CRA’s expert also provided deposition and trial testimony.
