CRA experts support the successful global merger of Xerox and Lexmark

CRA supported Xerox and Lexmark in obtaining global merger control clearance.

Xerox’s $1.5 billion acquisition of Lexmark combines two industry-leading printer businesses that are active in both A3 and A4 printers, as well as managed print services, and have an existing supplier relationship.

The CRA team was led by economic experts Simon Chisholm and Elizabeth Bailey and supported by a global team that included Matthew Johnson, Balazs Csullag, Bela Szabadi, Brian Lucking, David Meijer, Kaitlyn Li, Kimberley Tanos, Xiang Li, as well as Gaber Burnik, Bo Wang, Payoja Adhikari and Nicolas Sarullo. The deal was cleared in multiple jurisdictions globally including the US, EU, Canada, Mexico, UK and Turkey.

The CRA team supported Ropes & Gray through the global proceedings led by Ruchit Patel, Jonathan Klarfeld, Samer Musallam and Dervla Broderick, and supported by Aisha Arden, Olivia Bennett, Caitlin Durand, Dehmeh Smith and Alex Watts.
