Charles River Associates was retained by Zensho Holdings Co., Ltd, Japan’s premier food service company based on sales, to advise on its acquisition of The Snowfox Group, a multi-channel international Japanese food service platform, for $621 million. CRA expert, Dr. Elizabeth M. Bailey, supported by a team of CRA consultants, provided economic assistance to Zensho on competition aspects of its acquisition.
