Charles River Associates was retained by Zensho Holdings Co., Ltd, Japan’s premier food service company based on sales, to advise on its acquisition of The Snowfox Group, a multi-channel international Japanese food service platform, for $621 million. CRA expert, Dr. Elizabeth M. Bailey, supported by a team of CRA consultants, provided economic assistance to Zensho on competition aspects of its acquisition. CRA worked closely with attorneys representing Zensho from Gibson Dunn including Rachel Brass and Steve Pet.
