Dr. Gregory K. Bell was appointed as a joint expert on behalf of both parties in a licensing dispute regarding a patented technology requiring royalty payments. Dr. Bell was asked to review the license and determine if the most favorable nation (“MFN”) clause had been violated by one party’s other licensing activity regarding the technology.
