CRA worked with a Canadian utility to shift organizational
focus and energy towards embedding sustainability into the
business, and by doing so, enabling successful renewal of
the enterprise into the long-term. CRA assisted management

stakeholders. Areas of emphasis included environmental
stewardship, community and indigenous relations, health
and safety, people (i.e., diversity, inclusion), and business
resilience (i.e., innovation).
