When the Department of Justice investigated a proposed joint venture between SABMiller and Molson Coors Brewing Company, CRA was retained to assist Miller’s antitrust counsel. We analyzed pricing, demand, competitive effects, and efficiencies. The investigation was closed, and the joint venture proceeded.
