Load flexibility, financial support, and other creative mechanisms address risks and support utilities in meeting their obligation to serve while balancing system reliability. CRA is also supporting the development of innovative tariff designs that enable utilities and data center developers to support clean energy generation while mitigating risks and costs to non-participating customers.
