In a pre-litigation matter, plaintiffs alleged a putative class of 10,000 women, Black, and Latinx New York employees were mis-leveled, under-promoted, and under-paid relative to male and white peers. CRA was engaged by the Fortune 50 technology company to assess validity of the claims, provide an exposure estimation tool, and compile dossiers for each of the named plaintiffs. The matter was successfully settled.
