A CRA Competition team provided advice and support to Telenor before the EFTA Surveillance Authority in relation to allegations that it had abused a dominant position by engaging in customer lock-in practices. CRA’s work included the preparation of an expert report and an appearance before the investigating authority. The Authority ultimately ceased its investigation.
