CRA provides a range of regulatory support services to assist utility and energy companies, large customer groups, trade associations, and other clients involved in the energy and utility industry to respond to regulatory and intervention matters. We offer services to assist with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) matters; our services also include assisting in disputes, mergers & acquisitions, Federal Power Act Sections 203 and 205 & 206 matters, as well as wholesale market based matters.
