CRA is a proud supporter of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) and sponsor of the HBA Boston-Cambridge Metro chapter event hosting author and keynote speaker Jill Schulman. Jill will present insights from her latest book, The Bravery Effect. Bravery is not an innate quality; it is a skill cultivated over time. Research demonstrates that enhancing bravery can significantly improve leadership, confidence, and performance outcomes.
In this engaging and evidence-based session, Bravery Expert and former USMC Officer, Jill Schulman, will examine the scientific foundations of how individuals confront fear, make decisive choices, and take purposeful action—even under challenging circumstances. Drawing from cognitive, behavioral, and social psychology, as well as neuroscience, she will present a practical framework for developing bravery in three core areas: Mindset, Actions & Relationships.
Participants will gain actionable tools to enhance leadership effectiveness, communicate with assurance, and embrace greater challenges, positioning bravery as a key differentiator.
