Please join us for a bespoke breakfast briefing to understand the transparency and enforcement components of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and developments in UK law, how to plan for compliance, and what you should be considering now. The discussion will be led by Faegre Drinker partner Lynne Anderson, who heads the firm’s pay equity team, together with Brooke Razor, from our London office, and Charles River Associates’ Jonathan Blumenstein, an economist with expertise in conducting pay equity studies. They have years of experience working with U.S. and multinational companies on complying with the same requirements now imposed under the EU Pay Transparency Directive and proposed in the UK’s consultation to expand pay reporting to ethnicity in the upcoming Equality (Race and Disability) Bill. They will share “tips from the trenches” and practical advice on the holistic approach needed for compliance, as well as the impact of enhanced transparency on your global workforce, including on pay structures, compensation strategies and pay communications. Faegre Drinker’s London office leader Alex Denny will be moderating the discussion, and Faegre Drinker partner Huw Beverley-Smith also will be addressing privacy implications of pay equity audits triggered by the Directive. Please note that while our formal discussion will take place from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM, our panelists will remain available afterward to answer questions and continue the conversation. We welcome attendees to stay and participate in this extended dialogue.
